Shipping Policy:
Due to variations when shipping, such as size, weight, quantity of items, packaging, crate size, destination, etc., it is impossible to determine the actual cost of shipping in advance. Therefore, we estimate shipping costs by using the formula above. We then AUTHORIZE & RESERVE this dollar amount on your credit card upon the initial order. Once we determine the actual shipping costs, we then CHARGE the actual shipping & product costs to your credit card. At that time we will will notify you of the final costs via e-mail or phone. By purchasing the products you are agreeing to these terms. In most cases the actual shipping costs are quite a bit less than the amount reserved, but it is necessary to RESERVE this amount to insure that the transaction can be completed.

Time Frame:
Expect a 3 to 4 week turn-around on orders. Please call us if you have a rush order and we will try to accommodate your deadline.We will make every effort to work with the buyer on their construction deadlines. But, Copper-inc.com assumes no responsibility for any cost or damages caused by delays or failure of the product to arrive on time or intact.

Returns/Damage/Inspection of Delivery:
Because copper products are handmade to order Copper-inc.com does not accept returns, unless damage has occurred during shipping, in which case, damaged items will be replaced. Copper-inc.com cannot be responsible for any damages, which occur in transit. Deliveries should be opened immediately upon receipt prior to signing bill of laden. If any damage is detected MAKE A NOTE OF DAMAGE ON BILL OF LADEN, save the crate, packing material, bill of laden, etc. If possible photograph the crate and damaged items. Call us and we will assist you in filing your claim with the carrier.
